Where we deliver
We deliver to Germany, Poland, Austria, Bulgaria, France, Spain and Italy only.
We do not deliver to the Czech Republic or Slovakia.
How delivery works
Delivery is arranged through Packeta. Depending on the selected country and address, one or more of the following services may be available at checkout:
- Pickup point
- Z-Box locker
- Delivery to a home address
The services and cost shown at checkout for your selected address are the current source of truth. We do not publish fixed delivery times for these destinations until they are verified; any time shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.

Free delivery
Free delivery on orders over €20.
Free delivery applies when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is greater than €20.00. At exactly €20.00, delivery is not free, and shipping costs do not count towards the threshold.
Payment
