Where we deliver
We deliver to Germany, Poland, Austria, Bulgaria, France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Slovenia, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Netherlands.
We do not deliver to the Czech Republic or Slovakia.
How delivery works
We arrange delivery through Packeta. Depending on the selected country and address, one or more of the following services may be available at checkout:
- Pickup point
- Z-Box locker
- Delivery to a home address
The services and cost shown at checkout for your selected address are the current source of truth. We do not publish fixed delivery times; any time shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.

Prices reflect the Packeta carrier configuration for parcels up to 1 kg. Heavier parcels can cost more; the checkout always shows the exact cost for your address.
Free delivery on orders over €20
Free delivery on orders over €20 applies when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is greater than €20.00. At exactly €20.00, delivery is not free, and shipping costs do not count towards the threshold. Subtotal here means merchandise with VAT, excluding shipping and fees. Coupons do not switch free delivery on by themselves; the discounted merchandise subtotal decides.

Checkout shows the payment methods available for your selected country and service. Cash on delivery is offered where Packeta supports it for your destination.

Germany
Germany is served as follows: Hermes pickup point (€3.90) or home delivery (€4.90). Free delivery applies when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is greater than €20.00.
Poland
Poland is served as follows: InPost locker (€3.90), pickup point (€4.90) or home delivery (from €4.90). Free delivery applies when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is greater than €20.00.
Austria
Austria is served as follows: Home delivery only (€4.90); no pickup point or locker is configured. Free delivery applies when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is greater than €20.00.
Bulgaria
Bulgaria is served as follows: Speedy pickup point (€3.90) or home delivery (€4.90). Free delivery applies when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is greater than €20.00.
France
France is served as follows: Colissimo pickup point (€3.90) or home delivery (€4.90). Free delivery applies when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is greater than €20.00.
Spain
Spain is served as follows: Correos home delivery (€4.90) or MRW pickup point (€3.90). Free delivery applies when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is greater than €20.00.
Italy
Italy is served as follows: Bartolini pickup point (€3.90) or home delivery (€4.90). Free delivery applies when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is greater than €20.00.
Belgium
Belgium is served as follows: Belgian Post pickup point (€4.90) or home delivery (€6.00). Free delivery applies when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is greater than €20.00.
Slovenia
Slovenia is served as follows: Post locker, pickup point or home delivery (€6.00 each). Free delivery applies when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is greater than €20.00.
Croatia
Croatia is served as follows: Croatian Post pickup point, home delivery or BoxNow locker (€4.90 each). Free delivery applies when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is greater than €20.00.
Cyprus
Cyprus is served as follows: BoxNow locker only (€4.90); no pickup point or home delivery is configured. Free delivery applies when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is greater than €20.00.
Denmark
Denmark is served as follows: Post Nord pickup point or home delivery (€4.90 each). Free delivery applies when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is greater than €20.00.
Netherlands
Netherlands is served as follows: DHL pickup point or home delivery (€6.00 each). Free delivery applies when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is greater than €20.00.
