These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to every purchase from KamaShop (the “Shop”). The Shop is operated by eMarkest, s.r.o., a limited company registered in the Czech Republic, with its registered and returns address at Domažlická 1232/3, 130 00 Praha 3 – Žižkov, Czech Republic, company registration number (IČO) 24272973, VAT number (DIČ) CZ24272973 (the “Seller”).

They govern distance contracts concluded between the Seller and the Buyer through the Shop at https://kamashop.io.
2. Scope and buyer eligibility
These Terms apply to every distance contract concluded through the Shop. A Buyer is a natural person aged 18 or over acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession. By placing an order you confirm that you meet the age requirement and that you have read and accept these Terms.
The contract covers the products offered in the Shop, as the relevant product page describes and checkout confirms.
3. Placing an order and concluding the contract
First, you place your order through the Shop. We conclude the contract when we send you an order confirmation by email. However, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example where we reasonably suspect misuse or where we cannot supply a product to your delivery country.
4. Prices and payment
We display all prices in euro (EUR) as final gross prices. Checkout does not show taxes as a separate line. Therefore, checkout shows the total amount of your order, including delivery costs, before you confirm the order.
In addition, checkout shows the available payment methods.
5. Terms and conditions: delivery
We deliver only to the countries listed on our Delivery & Payment page. The current destinations and available services for your address are shown there and at checkout. We do not deliver to the Czech Republic or Slovakia.
Packeta arranges the delivery. Depending on the selected country and address, one or more of the following services may be available at checkout: pickup point, Z-Box locker, or delivery to a home address. The services and delivery cost shown at checkout for your selected address are authoritative.
Free delivery on orders over €20. The threshold is the merchandise subtotal after discounts: it must be greater than €20.00. At exactly €20.00, delivery is not free, and shipping fees do not count towards the threshold.
6. Terms and conditions: withdrawal and returns
As a consumer buying at a distance, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To withdraw, tell us clearly in writing — an email is sufficient — before the 14-day period ends. You must return the goods unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. For goods unsealed after delivery where hygiene or health protection requires it, you lose the right of withdrawal once you break the protective seal. You cannot return goods made to your specification, or sealed audio, video or software recordings that you have opened.
You also bear the cost of returning the goods. We will refund the price within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice; we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods. For the refund itself, we use the same payment method as your order.
7. Complaints and liability for defects
A 24-month warranty from delivery covers the goods. If goods are defective, send a complaint by email or post with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. We process complaints within 30 days. Where a complaint is justified, you may choose between replacement, a reasonable discount, or withdrawal from the contract with a full refund. If we reject a complaint, we send you a written explanation.
8. Dispute resolution
If you are not satisfied with how we handled a dispute, you may contact a consumer-protection authority or an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) entity.
9. Personal data
The separate Privacy Policy governs processing of personal data.
10. Final provisions
These Terms take effect on the date we publish them on the Shop. We reserve the right to update them; the current version always appears here. If a court finds any provision of these Terms invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. Finally, applicable law governs these Terms; mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence always prevail.
