1. Who we are and how to contact us
KamaShop (the “Shop”) is operated by eMarkest, s.r.o., a limited company registered in the Czech Republic, with its registered and returns address at Domažlická 1232/3, 130 00 Praha 3 – Žižkov, Czech Republic, company registration number (IČO) 24272973, VAT number (DIČ) CZ24272973 (the “Seller”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern distance contracts concluded between the Seller and the Buyer through the Shop at https://kamashop.io.
2. Scope and buyer eligibility
These Terms apply to every distance contract concluded through the Shop. A Buyer is a natural person aged 18 or over acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession. By placing an order you confirm that you meet the age requirement and that you have read and accept these Terms.
The subject of the contract is the products offered in the Shop, as described on the relevant product page and confirmed at checkout.
3. Placing an order and concluding the contract
Orders are placed through the Shop. A contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example where we reasonably suspect misuse or where a product cannot be supplied to your delivery country.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in euro (EUR) as final gross prices. Taxes are not shown as a separate line at checkout. The total amount of your order, including delivery costs, is shown at checkout before you confirm the order.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. [PENDING gateway selection] Cash on delivery is not currently offered.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the following countries only: Germany, Poland, Austria, Bulgaria, France, Spain and Italy. We do not deliver to the Czech Republic or Slovakia.
Delivery is arranged through Packeta. Depending on the selected country and address, one or more of the following services may be available at checkout: pickup point, Z-Box locker, or delivery to a home address. The services and delivery cost shown at checkout for your selected address are authoritative.
Free delivery on orders over €20. The threshold is the merchandise subtotal after discounts: it must be greater than €20.00. At exactly €20.00, delivery is not free, and shipping fees do not count towards the threshold.
6. Withdrawal and returns
As a consumer buying at a distance, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To withdraw, tell us clearly in writing — an email is sufficient — before the 14-day period ends. The goods must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. For goods unsealed after delivery where hygiene or health protection requires it, the right of withdrawal is lost once the protective seal is broken. Goods made to your specification, and sealed audio, video or software recordings that have been opened, cannot be returned.
You bear the cost of returning the goods. We will refund the price within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice; we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods. The refund is made using the same payment method you used for the order.
7. Complaints and liability for defects
The goods are covered by a warranty of 24 months from delivery. If goods are defective, send a complaint by email or post with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. Complaints are processed within 30 days. Where a complaint is justified, you may choose between replacement, a reasonable discount, or withdrawal from the contract with a full refund. If a complaint is rejected, you will receive a written explanation.
8. Dispute resolution

9. Personal data

10. Final provisions
These Terms take effect on the date they are published on the Shop. We reserve the right to update them; the current version is always published here. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. These Terms are governed by applicable law; mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence always prevail.
