You have the right to change your mind. If something does not work out, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods — no reason needed.
What you need for a return
- The goods must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.
- For goods unsealed after delivery where hygiene or health protection requires it, the right of withdrawal is lost once the protective seal is broken.
- Goods made to your specification, and sealed audio, video or software recordings that have been opened, cannot be returned.
How to return
1. Email us with your order number and the reason for the return: info@kamashop.io. We will reply with the next steps; we do not promise a fixed response time. 2. Send the goods to: eMarkest, s.r.o., Domažlická 1232/3, 130 00 Praha 3 – Žižkov, Czech Republic. You bear the cost of returning the goods; we recommend a trackable shipment. 3. Once we receive and check the goods, we will refund you.
When you get your money back
We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice; we may wait until we have received the returned goods. We use the same payment method you used for the order.
